petites mains pour la paix was a unique opportunity to bring together immigrant women, the military and artists. Through an artist residency at Petites-Mains with immigrant women, we collaboratively develop a 12-person portable shelter to promote peace from recycled military uniforms and paraphernalia. In collaboration with Petites-Mains, The Royal Montreal Regiment Museum, Les Artistes Pour La Paix, ATSA, Ariella Assouline, Lucy Lu and through the generous support of the Canada Council for the Arts.
